In the design, considerable effort has been dedicated to the oversizing of the mixing drum and the configuration of the mixing arms and blades in order to obtain a highquality mixture in less time. The mixing drum top edges are press-folded for greater strength, whilst decreasing the amount of welding in the structure. The ORU MD twin-shaft mixer has a discharge gate with seals that guarantee excellent tightness, even with very fluid mixtures. The sealing system on the shafts ORU MD: the new generation of twin-shaft mixers reduces maintenance to a minimum. The twin-shaft ORU MD version has a new automatic greasing system that is totally reliable. The mixing arms are made of steel with welded antiwear linings, which improves the efficiency of the through larger antiwear protection plates. The reduction gears have been upgraded and fitted with an input bevel gear pair with uprated service factor, thus eliminating the possibility of overheating one roof the two classic functions of SERVICE and SPARE PARTS and integrating a third, which is a completely new function: PRODUCT SUPPORT.

The main role of the PRODUCT SUPPORT function, is to supply and channel information regarding our products, particularly with respect to new models. We also provide training including the organisation of technical courses on products, with a view to the awarding of professional licenses. This includes field monitoring to evaluate the functionality of IHIMER machines (especially new models, including the new line of tracked aerial platforms) and to collect customer feedback, so that we can constantly improve the characteristics of the product.
